The Florida Council of REACT Teams is organized for the following:  
                                           

To assist each REACT Team to fulfill effectively responsibility to  its community, and fulfillment to basic REACT purposes;  

To encourage and assist in the training of Team Officers and Monitors;  

To encourage a close relationship between individual Teams and REACT International;

To promote interest in, and to extend the benefits of, membership in REACT;  

To help in the organization of new REACT Teams;

To advise REACT International, Inc. concerning applications or new Team charters and on the status of existing, inactive or other Teams, including the need to revoke charters;
